We have had out jeep for 3 yrs, bout the extended warranty, the "colonial lifetime warrenty" have made our payments on time monthly, vehicle started overheating, brought to the dealership 5 times now, service department put multiple thermostats in keeps over heating, last time bringing it after service center says to run it even though over heating till they can schedule, now service center says warranties will not cover because continued driving while over heated, 8 THOUSAND dollars they want...... hahha have an attorney filling a lawsuit As we speak, DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM

From the day my vehicle was purchased, I have had nothing but an unpleasant experience with Colonial. When I was sold the car I was not walked through on how anything worked, they forgot to collect my payoff on my trade-in, and scheduling service is a nightmare. I was shopping for a used SUV for weeks and until I came here I was totally disgusted with the markups from the economy right now. Stephanie was a great rep and took care of my needs the whole way down to printing out my new insurance card! Now that is great service! I was in need for a vehicle due to my current Hyundai Santa Fe broke down last week and was towed but the garage doesn't know how long it will take to get the parts. I am new to Indiana and driving in to Indiana to view houses my car displayed a warning light. Before heading back to where I live now I wanted to get it checked out for safety reasons. I was referred to Colonial by one of my husbands co workers. My first experience was wonderful. When I am permanently in Indiana I will be doing service with you all.

Jim Ferguson in sales recently sold me a GMC truck. He made the process simple and I would highly recommend him as he is very knowledgeable and pleasant. John in finance also helped sweeten the deal on the trade side. I'm incredibly Thankful Colonial is able to pick my car up at IRMC for a oil change! This enables me to get a oil change while I am at work. This saves so much time in my life.

From the second we walked on the lot every single person we dealt with was wonderful! John Latzko, and Janet Balint were phenomenal!! They were beyond friendly and personable! My salesman Brandon Reed was amazing!! He spent so much time with me, going over every detail, making sure I was completely happy with every aspect of my new car! He even bought a pizza and shared it with us!! I've been to other dealerships who would talk to my husband and basically talk AT me, but Brandon never did that, he made sure to address both of us, and that I was happy with the car! John and Janet were the same way. We never once felt like we were being pressured or hounded like most car dealerships. I cannot say enough positive things about them. Its literately a 1 hour drive for us but its worth every mile to go to them. They truly are a great group of people!! The cars are all super nice and reasonably priced!

We a great experience with Tyler Lenhardt! He was very professional and did his research before the test drive. It was nice to know he took the time to research the Mazda CX-5 various trim levels. He was able to answer all our questions. The buying process was quick and efficient. A lot of the paperwork was done before we got there since we lived an hour away. Always a fair deal, I drive 2 hours to buy from them. The included lifetime power train warranty is legit, they fixed my car with 175,000 on it at a dealership of my choice.
